4. Client Responsibilities

4.1. Clients shall provide timely feedback, approvals, and all necessary assets for project completion.

4.2. Clients shall ensure all materials provided are accurate and legally owned.

4.3. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

5. Deliverables and Ownership

5.1. All creative work remains the property of Gredentity Studio until full payment is received.

5.2. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose.

5.3. Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute deliverables without our written consent.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

6.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Partial refunds may apply based on work completed.

7. Limitation of Liability
