1. Introduction
1.1. At Gredentity Studio, we strive to provide high-quality creative services, digital products, and programs. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
2. Payment Methods
2.1. Payments for services or products may be processed via Paystack (for digital products, online programs, or registrations) or direct bank transfer (for studio projects and offline services).
2.2. Work or access to products begins only after payment confirmation.
2.3. Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1. Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
Digital Products & Online Programs (Paystack or similar platforms):
- Non-delivery of the product, service, or promised outcome agreed by both parties.
 - Technical issues preventing access, which cannot be promptly resolved.
 
Studio Brand Identity & Offline Services (Direct Payments):
- Non-delivery of the product, service, or promised outcome agreed by both parties.
 - Significant errors in deliverables that cannot be reasonably corrected.
 
Non-refundable Cases (all services and products):
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with creative choices after approvals.
 - Partial completion where work has already been delivered.
 - Deposits or upfront payments once work has commenced.
 
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to gredentity.design@gmail.com.
4.2. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For online payments (Paystack):
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
 - Processing may take up to 7 working days, depending on the payment processor.
 
For direct payments (offline/studio projects):
- Refunds, if approved, are issued directly to the bank account from which payment was made.
 - Timing may vary depending on banking processes.
 
5. Project or Product Cancellation
5.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
5.2. Refunds for cancelled services or projects may be partial, depending on work completed or access provided.
5.3. Deposits or upfront payments may be non-refundable once work or product delivery has started.
